Prayer Request

A reader writes:

First and foremost, I wanted to thank you for all of the times that you’ve posted prayer requests for my little family and I.

In the beginning, it was for my wife Cristina and I and our wedding…..then it was for various activities going on at the Archdiocese of NY and our involvement with Inner-City Chastity Ministry “Corazon Puro” or “Pure Heart” with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal.

Then, it was for when Cristina and I found out about our daughter, Maria Isabella, who was diagnosed with Spina Bifida and underwent the breakthrough In-Utero surgery at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia last year……hundreds (literally!) of your readers found our blog:

They were all so generous in offering prayers and support for Cristina and Maria Isabella or “Bella” .

Well, I wanted to send you a picture of her in her All Saints Day outfit and let you know that we’ve updated our blog and continue to beg for prayers. We appreciate them!

Father, thank you for Bella and for her wonderful parents!  Grant her complete healing and give her caregivers the necessary grace, knowledge, wisdom, compassion, skill and technology for her to be healed.  Give all who love her the grace, peace, strength, wisdom, faith, hope, and love to help her grow in grace and love.  Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for them.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.  Amen!
