Question to the Hivemind

I’ve sworn off chocolate for Lent, except on Sundays.  However, March 19 is a solemnity.  Is that a day I can treat like a Sunday and indulge the sweet  tooth?  I’m not very up on how stuff like that works.  Or am I being dumb and legalistic?  Well, legalistic anyway: dumb is a constant.
