Missional Monday: Sentralized Sessions Announced, Higher Ed Linked, Patriotic Pacifism

Here’s a recap of last week’s major highlights from the missional conversation:

• The Sentralized conference announced its main sessions and workshops, with at least one notable controversial topic on the agenda.
• Missional in Higher Education is one of the most important and valuable posts I’ve written so far on this blog. I think it’ll be a resource that people can hopefully return to again and again for quite a while.
• I finally set the record straight — I am not Scot McKnight! I and the Scot are not one. It’s flattering to be mistaken for such a brilliant guy, but seriously, it gets tiring. Yes, we’re both bald and beautiful, but still …
• Missional conversation on Christian TV? Over the weekend, I blew the lid off the not-so-well-kept secret that Tony Campolo and Shane Claiborne have a TV show … on TBN.
• One of the most important books you’ll read this year is Logan Mehl-Laituri’s gripping personal memoir Reborn on the Fourth of July, which I wrote about here on the blog last night. Don’t miss my review!
