Changed the Comment Settings

I went through the comment settings and fixed it so you don’t have to log a name and email every time you want to say something. It would still be good to know who you are, so make sure you sign your name.  I still have to approve them all, because I don’t really want hate mail or spam.  That’s not why we are here, and I don’t want you to have to read that.
