Some have been touched by illness, others are getting ready to exit this world.
Some are in the midst of learning the part of their story that is grief.
But mostly I continue to write Morning Inspiration, with the hope and intent that one soul ‘s moment will perhaps be made better than the one before.
We are all deserving of good moments, once we are touched with good it never leaves us.
Filling our soul treasure box with a moment of good when we most need it.

You are the hero of your own story.
The story of taking that first step, when the thought of walking seemed impossible.
The story of standing tall, when standing seemed out of the question.
The story of inviting light, when darkness seemed easier.
The story of accentuating the positive, when negativity knocked at your door.
The story of letting go of the past, when it’s holding on you was firm.
The story of opening your heart to trust, when fear tried to hold it shut.
The story of finding gratitude, when disappointment and anger lead the way.
The story of being one with kindness, compassion, and love.
You are the hero of your own story.
Today and every day, honor the hero of your own story.
Morning Inspiration started off as a message of joy to a dear friend at a time of great illness and it slowly developed into the likes of storytelling and poetry.
I write my newsletter “Morning Inspiration” 3 times a week for souls all over the world in hope that it will offer a moment of awareness and make a moment better than the last.
My book, A Heart’s Landscape, offers a collection of inspirations written over a period of 13 years. Each page contains a poem or story that is accompanied by a photo which has inspired me.
As a spiritual counselor, I find myself mostly inspired by the human spirit.
