The melody is noodly and nearly unsingable. The poetry is not well-constructed, even if it’s not completely devoid of theology. And the whole “sloppy wet kiss” thing is beyond the pale. Most secular commercial music doesn’t even say weird sexualized stuff like this. I get what the lyricist was trying to do, but, just, no.
