Hope you’re all full of pip and vim this morning, enjoying whatever kind of weather is clouding over your sky. We woke up in our “recording studio” and did up a podcast–our top favorite reads of the week, three each. We joke offensively about the Gay Vultures, the Sugar Conspiracy, the Death of the Personal Essay, Evelyn Waugh, and the Archbishop of Canterbury. I’m sure it will make your Monday all that it’s meant to be.
And now the delicate matter of Links. I do have some, and I hope you’ll find them interesting or at least good enough to beat back the ennui of modern existence. Get out your fidget spinner and enjoy!
And here’s the sugar conspiracy.
And the piece by Jonah Goldberg.
And the piece about the Personal Essay.
And a fun podcast about how to be a nice Christian instead of a mean nasty one.
And a better way to be with children in the store than just saying Stop It. I’m the queen of saying Stop It.
And beautiful house you might like to buy.
And a combination of two things I love–shakshouka and bread.
And an excellent, encouraging, and upbuilding sermon.
And that’s all there is, there isn’t any…what am I saying? There’s tons more. It’s the Internet! It’s there all day and all night, relentlessly, so that you never have to read a real book in your life! Pip pip.
