Trump Proves Travel Ban Is Simply A Political Ploy

Trump delaying the travel ban for a week for political reasons shows it is simply a cynical political issue and not about any real threats to American lives. Think about it, who would delay protecting American lives for political reasons if lives were actually at stake? But Trump and his advisors have decided to delay what they have told us is an urgent life or death matter simply so he could bask in the applause he received after his address to Congress.

Now imagine the reaction of conservatives if Obama had done this. Yeah, it wouldn’t have been pleasant.

“Signing the executive order Wednesday, as originally indicated by the White House, would have undercut the favorable coverage. The official didn’t deny the positive reception was part of the administration’s calculus in pushing back the travel ban announcement.
