The WaPo reports: The Twitter account belonging to Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta appears to have been hacked, days after hacked emails from his personal email account were released on the WikiLeaks website. At 7:55 p.m. on Wednesday night, the account sent out a tweet that said, “I’ve switched teams. Vote Trump 2016.
