House Committee to Vote Wednesday on 20-Week Abortion Ban | LifeNews.com.
The Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives is scheduled to vote Wednesday on HR 3803, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
The bill prohibits abortion after 22 weeks gestation. It is based on scientific evidence that an unborn baby can feel pain at this age. A bill similar to this that passed in Nebraska forced late-term abortionist Dr LeRoy Carhart to move most of his abortion business to Maryland.
