Renee Good was murdered by an ICE agent.
The ICE agent who committed this murder appears to have been so certain that the Mad King — and the Mad King’s “Justice” Department — would allow him to get away with executing a woman right out in public that he videoed himself doing it.
Renee Good and her lesbian spouse had been arguing with the agent. They were doing what a lot of good people in this country are doing, and telling the agent they did not agree with the policies he was enforcing. It was just jawing back and forth. There was never any threat to the agent.
In fact, Renee Good’s last words on this earth were to tell the agent that it was ok. “I’m not mad at you.”
She was saying that she disagreed with the government policy that had put him there, doing this job, but that she didn’t blame him personally. She excused him for the deeply sinful activities which the organization he was part of had been engaging in.
She then turned the steering wheel to turn her car away from the agent. He was standing beside her car, right outside the driver’s side window. She turned the car away from him.
And he shot her repeatedly in the face. Then, when he was calmly walking away, he recorded himself saying, “F—k—g bitch.” His fellow agents subsequently refused to allow a doctor to provide emergency medical care to Renee Good. They let her bleed out.
It was murder.
As terrible as that was, the true significance of the act lies in the fact that the agent was certain he would not face any consequences for executing an American citizen on a public street. He was so sure the Trump regime had his back that he actually held his cell phone in one hand and his gun in the other hand and took a video of himself committing murder.
Who had told him and, presumably, his fellow agents, that he/they could murder Americans at will and never face consequences under the law?
Based on the very public reactions that followed, it seems pretty clear that this assurance must have come from the absolute top of our government. The head of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, led off with a bunch of obvious lies, claiming that Renee Good was a “domestic terrorist” and the agent had shot her in the”self defense.”
Then the Mad King followed up by lying and claiming that Renee Good had run over the agent and drug him with her car and that he was in the hospital suffering from his injuries.
Our Mad King actually posted on social media that “the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer… it is hard to believe he is alive, but is now recovering in the hospital”.
One of the most popular talking heads on right wing “news” had the temerity to play a video of the murder that had been taken by a bystander while he lied about what was on the video as it played next to him on the screen. He engaged in attempts to slur Renee Good and then claimed that “protesters” had “surrounded” the car while running a video on the screen next to himself that clearly showed that the only people on that street were ICE Agents.
Claims that Renee Good was trying to hit the agent with the car were obvious lies. The Agent stood next to the driver’s side window of her car and deliberately and repeatedly shot her. I saw the video. I watched him do it.
As tragic as this horrific shooting is, the threat to you and me and the future of our country lies in the fact that, from the President on down, the government of the United States of America is taking the position that ICE Agents can murder American citizens any time they want. They are showing us by their actions that the government will use all its power to back the murder of American Citizens by ICE Agents.
They aren’t just saying it’s open season on We the People. They’re doing it.
The President of the United States and everyone in his regime has taken the position that the wanton murder of American citizens by government agents will not only be allowed, it will be enforced by the full power of their office. They have done this in a completely public, strident and repetitive fashion.
All they had to do was just say, “this is a tragedy, and we’re going to let the Justice Department and America’s legal system handle it. Remember, under our system of justice everyone is presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.”
But they couldn’t — and they wouldn’t — say that. Because their reaction to Renee Good’s murder makes it quite clear that this regime wants and intends to rule us all with the fear of being murdered if we step out of line.
They have used coercion, threats and what looks like corrupt favors to end our freedom of the press, and it has been quite effective. If you doubt that, look at the kowtowing government stooge that CBS News has become.
They want to end public dissent as well. They want to stop us from speaking out. They want to end free speech, and it appears that they are willing to do it at the point of a gun.
There is no other possible reason for the way the Mad King and his stooges have reacted to this. They want protestors to know that they can be murdered by the government and the government will protect the murderers.
Day by day, they have not backed off from this.
My friends, this is a Rubicon.
It is a line.
And they have crossed it.
Only evil, totalitarian, murderous governments do things like this.
