Conversation at Last Night’s Boy Scout Meeting

Here’s the conversation I had last night with the guy wearing the Obama button at the Cub Scout meeting last night. It’s proof that if Obama wins it will be because the Republicans didn’t get their message out and because people really don’t care.

Obama Guy: so, are you voting for Obama?

me: No, I’m not.

OG: Really? Why not?

me: Because I find some of his policies to be really frightening.

OG: You do? Like which one?

me: His stance on abortion, for starters.

OG: Oh…because he’s against it, right?
