Hey everyone! Hope everyone is killing their 21 Day Challenge!
Quick update on mine, I was doing incredibly well until I fell ill this past weekend. My weight had gone from 219 down to 209 in just under two weeks through healthy eating and killer workouts. I was excited to post some before and after pictures of my progress but this illness has really set me back the last few days. So I thought I would extend my challenge another week so I can get myself back on track. Below is a sample diet of what I was doing to achieve my results. I’m excited to hear about everyone’s results!
6 oz chicken breast, 6 egg whites, 1/4 avacodo, 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup 99% lean ground turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup green veggies
10 oz chicken breast, 1 cup green veggies, 1 cup sweet potato, 1/4 cup almonds
Green smoothie- kale, spinach, broccoli, carrots, celery, cucumber, egg whites, flax seed oil and ice.
10 oz tilapia and asparagus
12 egg whites (egg whites have casein protein which act as a time released protein. Great to eat before going to bed.)
