I adore Trey Gowdy. In a culture of people pleasing, and PC behavior, he remains bold. Just as everyone involved, Hillary Clinton needs to take responsibility for the horrific acts of September 11th, 2012.
But despite Gowdy’s efforts, Democrats have transformed this issue into the traditional Washington saga.
My heart goes out to Trey as he attempts to balance the politics and reality of this investigation. The reality of course being the need for answers. The politics being the incredulous story of malicious destruction to the 2016 Clinton Campaign. Do the Democrats seriously have nothing better to do?
Clinton appears before the committee on Thursday to publically give her testimony. In light of the upcoming questioning, her campaign pours their resources into publicizing, broadcasting, and fanning the flame behind the ‘Committee Hatred.’ Working so hard to create a distraction only means there are secrets that need sharing.
Let’s clarify an essential detail of this issue. She is not the ONLY person questioned in this investigation. She is one part of a much bigger picture. Despite this fact, her campaign and the Democratic party stand firm portraying her as the sole prey of the committee.
In a time when Gowdy needs as little interference as possible, he spends the majority of his energy controlling the wild fires. After an interview with Gowdy, The Blaze reported:
Speaking directly on Clinton, Gowdy said it’s “hard” when people accuse him of engaging in a political witch hunt and told the Democrat, “You are not worth 18 months of my life, with all due respect.”
“Four dead people are, but you’re not,” he said.
For now, Gowdy says all he can do is “keep trying” to finish his investigation in the hyper-political environment in Washington.
Trey works tirelessly to defend and find justice for the victims of this terrorist attack. He fights for the affected families, our national security, and truth. But once again, the political games of Washington eat away at the true purpose of this man’s mission. Democrat or Republican, it doesn’t matter—don’t you find the malformation of this issue the least bit troubling? Precious lives were lost through a possibly avoidable event. Petty politics should never impede the pursuit of justice.
Finish strong, Trey. I stand firmly behind you.
God speed!
