Obama Gets America’s Age Wrong

Can you believe this happened?  Speaking to the University of Nebraska Omaha, President Obama struggled to pull together the age of our country — a fact any 5th grader would know.

…the United States of America, for two hundred, err – 50 – years, has been working to make us the strongest. But that should not be a controversial statement.

In case you were wondering, the United States is 240 years old. Something you think the President should be able to recite off the top of his head…after seven years in office.
