Well apparently it is not alright for Jimmy to treat Trump like a normal human being. No joke! Critics were outraged at Jimmy for not blasting Trump’s policies and rhetoric. Notably, fellow comedian, Samantha Bee, publicly slammed Jimmy and the NBC network for the interview.
Whatever happened to the tolerance and civility that progressives preach to all of us on a daily basis? Whatever happened to covering REAL news stories and dealing with REAL policy debates, rather than slamming a late night talk-show host who is just trying to be cordial and have a good time with his guest?
I, for one, thought the interview was fun and refreshing. It showed that both Jimmy and Trump are good sports and respectful men. Way to go, Jimmy.
