7. Trump will lose by a landslide, especially among women…

Former adviser to Nixon, Ford, Reagan and Clinton David Gergen seemed quite confident of Trump’s demise when speaking with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer:

“This collapse of support among women that you talked about on Sunday, if that spreads among women voters all across the country, he’s going to lose by a landslide and they could lose the Senate and the House.”

The media tried real hard to downplay support for Trump among women voters but, again, got it very wrong as they came out in droves and pushed him into the presidency.

8. … and take the Republican House and Senate with him

An eager voiceover bellowed on CNN:

“GOP officials now fear that if Donald Trump loses by a landslide, he could take down the congressional majorities with him.”

CNN made sure to bolster its claim with a precisely edited clip of Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) talking about his fears for Senate seats if Trump were to lose, but they were wrong again! The House sits majority GOP as does the Senate. How about THAT for a historic defeat?
