When mega-star Kanye West went to Trump Tower for a fifteen minute sit-down with the President-elect, the internet almost melted… especially since the singer had recently admitted that he supported Trump.

“If I would’ve voted, I would’ve voted Trump,” he said during one of his concerts, also saying that Trump was a “genius.”

The reaction from other black people was negative, but Kanye explained:

I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues.
