What has just happened in America is unreal. The FBI investigated Hillary Clinton and found that she sent top secret files through a home-brew server which left them vulnerable to foreign hackers and despite the fact that this breaks federal law, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president will not be charged with a crime.
Since when does putting our national security at risk NOT get you charged in the United States? Why does Clinton get a pass when others didn’t?
Take for instance retired four-star general and ex-CIA chief David Petraeus. He was charged with the federal crime of… that’s right, unlawfully sharing classified information. Here’s a brief reminder of Petraeus’s actions via Reuters:
Petraeus… pleaded guilty to mishandling classified information, a court document signed by Petraeus and prosecutors said that in 2011, Petraeus illegally gave Broadwell access to official binders.
In April, the retired four-star general was sentenced to two years of probation and fined $100,000 but was spared prison time after pleading guilty to mishandling classified information.
But fast forward to Clinton’s indiscretion and she’s walking away scot-free despite the “stinging public indictment” that flowed from one side of FBI Director James Comey’s mouth while the other side recommended that no charges be leveled.
1. Comey (YES – he’s the same one who prosecuted Petraeus!!) charged Petraeus with two things:
A. Mishandling of classified information.
B. Lying to FBI
Hillary has done both -Petraeus was charged with a misdemeanor $100,000 dollars and resigned from a lower position than the one she is running for.
WHY did Comey treat the American hero Petraeus one way and Hillary another? I think the answer is obvious — and this “above the law” mentality of the Clintons is going to destroy this nation.
