I’ll be back on this evening with a real blog post. This is just the periodic reminder that Steel Magnificat is almost entirely donor-supported, which is a fancy way of saying we live on tips. Due to my collection of chronic illnesses, I can’t work outside the home and Michael has to stay on duty as a homemaker, so this is our living. Gratuities from gruntled readers keep the utilities paid up so I can keep using the internet and bringing you three to seven rants or meditations per week.
This month we’re still saving up to repair or replace Crockett and Tubbs before we have to stop using the air conditioner unit as a dehumidifier to dry clothes and actually start using it as an air conditioner. Plus, it’s almost Easter, with all the little expenses a holiday requires. We are extremely grateful to all of you for getting us this far, and we do pray for our supporters all the time. So, if you like what you read, give me a tip when you can! If you don’t like what you read but want to be nice anyway, give me a tip!
