Spitzers office has not contacted Air America?

So, we’re seeing a story in today’s NY Post, that some heads are rolling at Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club for its role in loaning money to Air America. But so far, apparently, no one from NY Attorney General Eliot Spitzer’s office has not yet contacted Air America.

Funny, all around Air America swirls controversy, bitter investors, etc, and yet…and yet…the NY Times still has – 13 days into it – not written a word on it, and the NY AG hasn’t gone to talk to them, yet!

Ah, well. Such is the world.

Looking at these salaries from Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club, I must ask, though…I am not familiar with what salaries are typical for non-profit organizations. I’ve always had the impression that folks who work for non-profits do so at rather the low end of the market value. These salaries, in this story…$181,000 a year, $150,000 a year…do they seem right, does anyone know?
