Not only are Catholics not afraid of death, we are all around fantastically awesome in our morbidity. We have an active Communion of Saints that we talk to, pray with, and plead for intercession. We grow so attached to saints long dead on this earth that we begin to consider them friends and confidants. We swear they communicate with us using signs and dreams.
