Cooperation with Evil on Catholic Answers Live

Cooperation with Evil on Catholic Answers Live February 5, 2021

Today, cooperation with evil comes up in many situations Catholics need to make moral choices. These include vaccines, investment, been what products to buy or what stores to shop at. I have covered this topic in several blogs like “12 Things Less-Remote Cooperation in Evil Than COVID Vaccines” and “If Any Drug Tested on HEK-293 Is Immoral, Goodbye Modern Medicine.” I was invited on Catholic Answers to cover this topic more broadly. Much of the time was spent on principles and more common applications, although we did have a few callers with more specific questions.

Here is the audio from the hour-long show. You can also listen on their website.

I hope I can be on Catholic Answers again. I think this episode had some good points but there are other topics in moral theology, I’d love to cover with them. The two articles linked above came up but also my reference to St. Alphonsus Ligouri on remote cooperation in this post. Their social media guy tweeted out this image of the host and me on Skype during the broadcast.
