Christian meditation and a chance to review your favorite podcasts

I have recently discovered the HTB podcast and was listening to Nicky Gumbel. He said of Christian meditation "if you know how to worry you know how to meditate".  I quite like the idea of meditation as "worrying" about a verse from the bible.  We are very good at ruminating, and instead of trying to empty our minds, Christian meditation is all about filling them.
Incidently, some interesting podcasts can be found  using  iTunes by looking at the most frequently downloaded "religion and spirituality" podcasts.  It may surprise you to see what podcasts feature in that list.  Also, there  is now an opportunity to write reviews of your favorite podcasts within iTunes for others to read, so why not get playing?
