Woman tries to sell soul on eBay

It sounds like something from The Onion, but no, it’s true:

People can sell their souls on eBay?

A New Mexico woman named Lori is doing just that, and bidding has already jumped from $100 to $405 in just a day.

Describing it as a “slightly used soul,” Lori is offering buyers a “Carfax” so they can see the black and white marks her soul has accumulated over the years. Religious bidders can save Lori’s soul through conversion or prayer.

Ebay eventually pulled the listing, but not before the woman involved got a ton of publicity.  A TV report is below.
