Muslims Respond to 45’s Law Enforcement EOs

I’m not a legal expert, but I find the timing of the EO very odd. Given that law enforcement has a monopoly on violence in this country, and our police forces are increasingly militarized, I wonder who is it directed at? Is it directed at Sovereign Citizens who by far are the most dangerous for Law Enforcement? Is he talking about the six White men about to go on trial in the Bundy standoff? My suspicion is that this language is Black, Latino, and Indigenous communities demanding accountability for Law Enforcement misconduct.
