Sunday was a good day for me, probably the most meaningful day since I started full-time ministry almost twenty years ago. Our church has baptized seventeen people so far in 2016, and we added another 19 last Sunday on Baptism Sunday, the first Sunday we’ve ever dedicated the entire service to baptism. One of the biggest draws for our folks was that we require everyone getting baptized to make a testimony video beforehand, but we relaxed that rule and didn’t require any testimony video to get baptized Sunday. Here are 19 great things I learned from baptizing 19 people on Sunday:
