Who is Lila Rose?

Lila Rose, founder and president of Live Action, has made a real difference in the pro life movement. Her undercover videos have given those who are willing to look a glimpse of what lies behind the promotion at Planned Parenthood.

This video tells a bit about Lila herself.

I am thinking to show this kind of videos to young fathers, or newly married men, so that they may experience the same emotions that mothers experience looking @ the videos.

Just another kid. Just another kid who, like the son in Cat Stevens’ Father and Son, “has found out that there was something going on” and can’t see a valid reason why she should not do anything about it. The frightening thing about many heroes is how normal they are – as if they were there to show that anyone can do what they did.

Ok. This is the epitome of a person who refuses to mind her own business. In addition, she has carved out a niche for herself for gaining notoriety. Pro-life extremists have absolutely no right to do what she is doing. They need to learn to mind their own business. What women choose to do with their own bodies is none of their business.

I’ve never understood why Mind Your Own Business is seen as anything other than violent hate.

Having said that, I see no difference between Lila’s videos and the normal undercover operations to see if gas stations are selling cigarettes to minors. Abortions are easily as dangerous as cigarettes.

“I’ve never understood why Mind Your Own Business is seen as anything other than violent hate.”

There is nothing violent or hateful in setting boundaries that other people should respect. MYOB.

        • TheodoreSeeber

Yes there is. It means you hate the person that you know is doing wrong but you refuse to tell them that what they are doing is wrong. It’s called passive aggressive hate.

          • Bill S

Minding my own business and letting people live according to their own consciences is passive aggressive hate? Let’s be serious. You really don’t know how to mind your own business? That’s scary.

    • Fabio Paolo Barbieri

Mind your own business is the morality of the coward, the collaborationist and the accomplice. It is the first commandment of the Mafia, also known as Omerta’. I swear I don’t understand how you can consistently hit the wrong note in morals, philosophy, citizenship – just everything.

      • Bill S

“I swear I don’t understand how you can consistently hit the wrong note in morals, philosophy, citizenship – just everything.”

First of all, I believe in the freedom of the individual more so than you. Secondly, much of what you believe was infused into you before you could think for yourself and long before you went to Oxford and obtained your worldly wisdom and your ability to reason. From your comments, and from my own journey from an Italian-American Catholic upbringing, I can see that you too have been brainwashed by the Catholic Church. The difference is that you are fat, dumb and happy and I am not.

I’m surprised CNN gave her such a positive profile. I liked it and I like her. God bless her.

    • Bill S

CNN has just let its viewers form their own opinion about her antics. Believe me, she won’t come across as a heroine to those who deplore her methods. You like her. But that is just the way you are. I don’t like her at all.

As long as Planned Parenthood receives 1 billion dollar a year in tax money, what they do is my business.

    • Bill S

      Fair enough.
