Wow, butter, cream, cheese and red meat… I just can’t do it. I’ll take your word for it that it’s delicious.

If husband ever sees this post, I’ll HAVE to make it, of course. :P

Son is coming home from college this weekend. First visit home since the 11th of August. Ree’s steak sauce (and the steak to go with it) is on the menu already! :)

You’re correct that Angie is an evil, evil woman. We need to encourage and cherish her kind!

I am a vegetarian- even if I wasn’t, that would be far too much for me! Some foods are just so rich that the pleasure diminishes, which is why I like business in small amounts.

You may like to serve some potatoes dauphionis/dauphinoise as a side dish with your next slab of whatever- various recipes going around & you can choose which one suits best.

[I prefer rice to potatoes, mostly. I know, what a bad irishgirl, eh? -admin]

MMMM…..I see that in my future. With a baked potato, thank you.

Life is short and the occasional indulgence in REALLY wonderful food is worth doing. :-)

Heavenly days…that steak does look good! And the monkey bread WILL get made this weekend! Good news about the fat thighs!!! :~)
