Okay, who wants to chat?

Christine, our illustrious editor here at the Patheos Pagan Channel, has encouraged us bloggers to reach out and chat with someone we have not actually met in person, but with whom we have had conversations, even debates, with, in cyberspace. The idea is to help elevate the discourse in the pagan blogosphere, and build our intellectual culture, as Christine put it.

A wonderful idea, I say!

Maybe some of you have seen that Lilith Dorsey of Voodoo Universe and I have been chatting about AMERICAN HORROR STORY: COVEN lo, these past several months? It has been fun and fascinating. I’d sure love a chance to chat with another pagan blogger about, well, anything.

I am not the excellent filmmaker Lilith Dorsey is, but the video invitation she made for this event inspired me! Check it out, especially her Aleister Crowley impersonation…

So, let’s have coffee, or tea, or cocoa, or maybe a bottle of hard cider or beer, choose your bevvie, and we’ll set some time aside to chat!

Feel free to leave a response in the comments section, if this kind of thing sounds good to you. Or you never know, I just might come a-calling…

Hello Peg Aloi! I’d love the chance to chat with ya, though I haven’t even commented on a blog in some time. I’ve been a fan of your writing and editing for some time, but I haven’t followed what you’ve been doing for a bit and I’m trying to catch up. Is this a good place to start to do that? Also, if one wanted to catch up on recent (say in the last two years or so) pagan happenings, where would you suggest they begin?

Hi Chipster! I’d love to set up a chat with you. This blog is a good place to start; it used to be at http://themediawitches.blogspot.com and there ay still be some old articles there…also I still maintain http://orchardsforever.blogspot.com and that has some pagan content as well. Let me know what kind of topics interest you and we can schedule the chat! (Sorry I did not respond to your comment sooner, I only noticed it today!)
