Jane Fonda is not loved by conservatives. Not even close. She has been derogatorily known as “Hanoi Jane,” ever since her 1972 remarks in which she called American soldiers “war criminals.” She even traveled to Hanoi, Vietnam to meet with enemy soldiers.
Most veterans still haven’t gotten over that. According to the Washington Times, many have refused to watch anything with the famed liberal in it.
“We hate her,” Nick Callas, president of the Santa Clarita chapter of Vietnam Veterans of America, told Fox News. “We won’t ever see any of her movies or support anything she did. It makes me sick to see her get this kind of recognition.
John Crooker, first vice president of the California State Council of Vietnam Veterans of America, said he would never forgive Miss Fonda for the propaganda photo she took with Vietnamese soldiers.
Now, it seems like Fonda doesn’t have much for Megyn Kelly. Recently, Megyn had the famous actress on her show and nervously asked Fonda about her plastic surgery.
“You, you’ve been an example to everyone, on how to age beautifully and with strength. And unapologetically. You admit you had work done. I think it’s to your credit. You look amazing. Have you … why did you say .. I read you felt you’re not proud to admit you had work done, why not?”
Fonda, however, refused to answer. Instead she stared down the host and asked:
