Just a Bunch of Hocus Pocus

Just a Bunch of Hocus Pocus
just a bunch of (1)The dawn lent awakenings to my busy mind. I haven’t gotten a pumpkin, or set out my autumn decorations. I haven’t made a pumpkin pie or baked any brownies. I’ve been on the go for several months and I’m left feeling the need to prioritize, leaving time for unexpected and spontaneous personal moments. I am so grateful for everyone I’ve met along my journey, and best friends I’ve met through life detours.

Change doesn’t have to involve sympathy or drastic emotion. Life is a series of thousands of tiny miracles and we don’t often notice them unless they are huge. This morning I took notice and because of that decided to make some changes.

Just as the seasons, where some love summer and others hate it, not everyone loves change. As I took the time to look into my own gazing ball I feel grateful for the good, the bad, and the indifferent because without that life wouldn’t evolve and the personal seasons would simply stay stagnant.

There’s no hocus pocus or magic wand involved to make that shift in your own life. It’s often just taking a moment in quiet to check your life temperature. Are you happy? Are you sad? Are you afraid? Do you want to stay where you are? You don’t always need to know the next step, just that there has to be a next step and then go from there.

I wish you a week of magic, miracles, and treats! I believe in you today.

Believe,
Kristy Robinett

PS – I’ve had several gallery/seance sessions over the past couple weeks and I mentioned I’d have a list of visiting spirits – here is a page of recent visitors.
