DeChristianizing: Chatting with Conservatives

DeChristianizing: Chatting with Conservatives September 8, 2014

Lem, as you’ll hear in the video, professes to be an evangelical, while Brent is slightly more hesitant, but both probably have slightly more conservative leanings than I do which gave to an amazing, and in some places, an uncomfortable conversation. I think Lem is more of what an actual conservative looks like [personality wise], as opposed to the media’s projection of what a conservative looks like [Fox News].

Lem is a professor at San Diego Christian College and Brent is a former student of Lem’s, fellow blogger, Apple technician, and friend of mine. I loved it as they don’t hold back, and as we get farther into the conversation neither did I. The essence of our conversation was centered around what “DeChristianizing” means and how I, personally, might define it. Although, it wasn’t just me answering, I turn the tables on them and ask them a few questions on current issues.

This was a great conversation that turned out better than I expected. Two of the coolest most down to earth guys.
