It’s a mental form of detox if you will… As a means of figuratively washing my mind from all of the negativity, it imbibed during the week.
What makes you feel good? What brings you joy? What “wins” or, “small victories,” took place today for you? Did you see or experience anything that made your hair raise on your arms out of joy instead of fear or anger?
Quite literally, it’s the rewiring of your brain; it’s not just this lofty talk about metaphysical reality and its unseen impact; smart people are finding that function of our brain actually impacts the physical form our brains take.
