Reallynow – what are you gonna do with your life now?? That Bristol is voted off the show?

Nothing to live for – or write about. No more dissing of her dances.

Seriously. Get a life. And be nice. Go hate somewhere else.

Bristol, I hated to see you go! I wish you the very best, and I know you will go far in life as long as you keep your life centered on God! God Bless!

Bristol, Always an enjoyable dance every time I see it. Sorry to see you go. Lynn Goddman was right.. Failure is in not trying and you got out there among critics and improved every time. Critics by the way have not tried this and exposes their jealousy. Continue trying new things and continue having an enjoyable life with our family.

Bristol, loved watching you dance! You go girl!!! Keep us posted on what God has for you & Tripp next! Just remember….never settle for less than God’s plans for you!!!

  • Bristol,
I am in same age bracket as your mom and dad. I grew up on the 1950s, 60s, and 70s-themed sit-coms – like Happy Days. I was always fascinated by that era as a young boy. Your dance brought back pleasant memories: of streamliner diners that served up the best eggs and pancakes on God’s green earth. When a jerk was the person who custom-made your soda at the fountain. Music was on records that spun at 33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm, though the 78s were even outmoded by then. The records went “snap, crackle, and pop” like Rice Krispies but they had a warmth to them. Movies were on reels and you could hear the clicks of the projector as the film fed through. Tapes were on open reels. Even today, when tape is used, reels are better than cassettes. I always use a photo of a reel-to-reel tape recorder when I post about your mom’s robo-calls. I know they’re not done that way now, but it’s an image I just can’t let go.

I miss you on DWTS and I hope you’ll be back for a new season. Please – don’t let two years go by without practicing. Never again. Dance at least a few times a week – even if it’s you in the house by the mirror to your favorite tunes. Just rock it and let the music carry you.

I hope you’ll use Rock Around the Clock by Bill Haley and his Comets and take us back there with you once more.
This YouTube I’m sharing is what used to open Happy Days. It’s another Rock and Roll classic – from Mitt Romney’s iPod, not Ryan’s. Your hop brought me back to this happy place…and I’ve been there all week.
