When most new moms welcome their new babies into the world, they get to celebrate with family and friends by posting sweet pictures of their new bundle of joy to social media.
Yet, when Coco Austin did the same thing and posted cute photos of her new daughter, Chanel, haters took to the web to claim the new mom was “exploiting” her daughter.
But Coco wasn’t going to let these Internet trolls have the last say!
Austin was criticized earlier this month after posting a number of festive, holiday-themed photos of her newborn daughter to Instagram, with a fan wrote on one of Austin’s Facebook posts, “Coco darling, don’t exploit your newborn beautiful lil angel. I say with respect honey.”
Others have slammed Austin and her husband for getting their baby daughter a Twitter account days after she was born. Baby Chanel’s account already has over 29,000 followers. [….]
The 36-year-old new mom – who welcomed daughter Chanel with her husband, actor Ice-T, in November – took to Twitter to slam haters who post comments that “really frustrate me at times.”
“Some assume since u have money and live in a ‘celebrity world’ that you don’t do s**t!” Austin wrote in a series of tweets posted on Monday. “Let me add, I don’t have nannies or babysitters. I’ve been 100% hands on w/Chanel. I also clean my own house & do my own laundry #100%wife.”
Coco looks like such a good mom! Chanel is one lucky girl to have such doting parents who want to show off their newborn daughter to the world. Why should famous parents not get to celebrate their child and parenthood on social media just like anyone else? It looks like they’re spending their time in a worthwhile way, which can’t be said for those people spending their time trolling them online and insulting them.
As for the absurd claims about exploiting her kid??? Let her be excited! There is nothing more exciting than welcoming a new baby into your family, and it seems that Coco understands what is most important in her life now – her family!
