Consistency builds trust and trust builds influence. There are no shortcuts to building trust. It takes time and it takes consistency. Be consistent in your values, your words, your actions, your promises and your motives. When people see your consistency, you will have earned their trust and to the degree you earn their trust, you’ll have influence in their lives.
