Success coach Zig Ziglar once said, “Motivation is like bathing…both wear off quickly, so I recommend you do both often.” We tend to bathe daily, but we don’t motivate ourselves nearly as often. These actions listed here are meant to be done often. The start of a new year is a perfect time do them all at once, but as needed, please continue to do them. Make them a lifestyle and not just a one-time action. Your habits will be what ultimately shapes your life, so make things your habits and this coming year (and every year after that) can be GREAT!
