1.The Disagreement Test.
This one will happen almost daily in marriage, because you and your spouse are two different people with two different personalities. You’re not always going to want to watch the same show or eat at the same restaurant, and your disagreements will probably extend to much bigger issues as well. When disagreements come, recognize them as a “test” you need to pass together. Disagreements in marriage don’t have a “winner” and a “loser” because you’re ALWAYS on the same team. You’ll pass the test together or you’ll fail together. The ONLY way to pall the Disagreement Test is to work together with mutual respect and selfless love to find a solution that benefits you both.
