5 reasons America should ignore carnival barker Al Sharpton’s so-called “civil disobedience” January 9, 2017

Al Sharpton (no, I will not call him “Reverend”) called Senator Jeff Sessions’s nomination a “nightmare we cannot wake up from” and called for a season of “civil disobedience” to protest President-elect Donald Trump choice for attorney general.  But here are five reasons why no one is falling for his Henry David Thoreau shtick.

1. He is a caricature of himself.

Nobody pays attention to this carnival barker anymore. Sharpton has been reduced to caricature status. He has to force himself on the public now for attention.  He reminds me of an over the hill baseball pitcher whose fastball has no zip on it. He should invite Jesse Jackson along and turn it into a “getting the band back together one last time tour.” The speaking agenda should include black wannabes Shawn King and Rachel Dolezal. That’s how much of a joke this is. It’s laughable.

2.  He only leads the usual, boring malcontents.

If anybody shows up, it will be the usual suspects: Occupy Movement, Planned Parenthood supporters, a few Black LIES Matter goons and some rowdy juveniles looking for an opportunity to rebel rouse.

3.  Sen. Sessions is a fair and honest man committed to the rule of law.

He will be confirmed as our next U.S. Attorney General and will make decisions based on the rule of law equally for all Americans.  If anybody’s nomination for U.S. Attorney General should’ve been protested it was Eric-the-race-baiter Holder whose “stick it to the white man, colored coded decision making” tenure at Department of Justice became the onlyAttorney General in the history of the United States to be held in contempt of Congress.
