Average Tourist spend in India is higher than in France.. but infrastructure is crippled!

The woes of Indian tourism are many.. things are improving.. but the still the infrastructure is low grade and very expensive for that value. My wife and her friends had gone to Agra and Jaipur and found that the hotels there – almost at $100/night – were terrible! The demand is high and the supply is very low.. and the standards are down like crazy! As more and more work moves to India.. the issues of all the industries is the same – high demand, low standards.
