Like I said the Tatas are on a tear! Here is more proof of that! To support their power needs in India they are buying stakes in two of largest coal mines in the world! This is precisely the reason why the power generation and distribution should be in the hands of the private sector. Which SEB or PSU power plant would have thought this up?
