Ruchika's expulsion was illegal, reveals report

The report suggests there is sufficient proof that Ruchika’s expulsion was unwarranted and illegal.

The report also says that there is enough proof to suggest that external factors played an important role in the teenager’s expulsion. And that there are atleast 10 documentary evidences to prove that her expulsion was unfair.

This proof is sufficient to book Ruchika’s molestor SPS Rathore under IPC section 306 which is abetment to suicide and also work as a strong evidence in the case.
