Most days, my sons hair looks like this…

When we wash it (which he HATES) or dare to comb it out (which he loathes) or wet it (while he screams) or put mousse in it (while he moans) it looks like this…

Problem is, it’s winter in Michigan.  So, he either leaves the house with a wet head or with a hat on which leaves his hair looking like a smushed 1980’s jerri curl.  This, in case you didn’t know is not cute.  So yesterday, we went from this…

  I decided to make the sides and back shorter leaving him a little bit of curl on the top but since he wouldn’t let me get near the trimmers I used scissors the whole time.  I swear it added a year to his little life.  He now looks 4 instead of 3! ;(
