This is insane!

It is insane that candidates are afraid to stand up and say "illegal aliens should have driver's licenses."  This is one matter where immigrant status should be NO ASK, period!

Why?  Let's get real here.  We have over 12 million illegal immigrants in our country.  They own cars and they drive them on the highways.  And….they have accidents. 

Now without a license, they can't get insurance.  Without insurance, they can't get legal tags.  So what do they do instead?  They steal some US citizens' identity so they can drive. 

Have you ever been in an automobile accident where the person didn't have insurance?  Have you ever had your identity stolen?  Neither are pretty.  Both are major inconveniences for the victim.  But because our leaders are afraid to stand up for what is right, these things continue to happen without any chance at all of changing and no consequences for the illegal alien.

I don't get it really.  The insurance company should be frothing at the mouth for more legal customers.  The states could certainly use the fees from licenses and registrations.   There would be a significant decrease in identity thefts as these people would no longer need to borrow yours or mine identity.  And it would actually be easier to trace illegals, if they had licenses.  (I won't state how for obvious reasons; but if you think really hard about it you could probably figure it out)

Wake up America.  We are not going to rid our country of these people, and with a trillion dollar deficit, we NEED this money.  And doing this is the right thing to do to make America a better place for its legal citizens.  Too bad we don't have any politicians with the kahunas to stand up for what is so obviously right. 

Christ gave his disciples 2 new commandments that superseded all that came before.  They were "Love God with all your heart and Love your neighbor as yourself."  As Christians, if we are doing God's will, we should get off our high horse and extend the hand of Christian kindness to these people to make our country a better place for everyone today and in the years to come.
