The BBC’s Noah’s Ark is coming to DVD in North America

The Ark was produced by the BBC and released to DVD in the United Kingdom almost immediately after it aired there earlier this year. Meanwhile, in the United States, the film was renamed Noah’s Ark, and it even premiered on UpTV over a week before it aired in the United Kingdom — but so far it has not had a home video release.

That will change, however, when the DVD comes out February 2.

Today I received a press release announcing the DVD release, and it included a link to this trailer on YouTube (which does not work outside the United States):
