An Inadvertently Revealing (and Epic) Political Rant

Thanks to The Fix, I ran across this epic rant from an Illinois Republican state legislator:

Why is it revealing?  Ok, so I’m probably reading too much into this scene, but check out the utter boredom of the audience as the speaker absolutely loses his mind.  That, friends, is why America is still so peaceful despite the strong passions of (some) politicians.  When passion meets boredom, boredom usually wins.
