The Russians are being accused of intervening into the U.S. presidential election in support of Donald Trump.  But the new revelations about the 3,000 Russia-paid Facebook ads show a very different purpose.

The Russians bought anti-Clinton ads, but they also bought anti-Trump ads.  They bought ads promoting “Black Lives Matter” and they also bought ads supporting the police.

Russians took out lots of ads supporting the left-wing Democrat Bernie Sanders.  They also bought ads on how the South should rise again.

They were responsible for lots of anti-Clinton material–including the notorious meme showing Jesus arm-wrestling Satan:

SATAN:  IF I WIN, CLINTON WINS!

JESUS:  NOT IF I CAN HELP IT!

PRESS “LIKE” TO HELP JESUS WIN!

And yet, shortly after the election, the Russians seem to have been pioneers of the slogan “Not My President!”

People are genuinely scared for their futures!

Racism won, Ignorance won, Sexual assault won!

In this case, the Russians were actually promoting–or were they initiating?–an anti-Trump protest.

Then there was the post from “Blactivist”–looking like a Facebook post but actually being a paid ad–that showed a picture of a dignified group of Black Panthers from the 1970s, with this comment:

never forget that the Black Panthers, group [sic] formed to protect black people from the KKK, was dismantled by us govt but the KKK exists today.

Another post showed a picture of a police funeral with the shouting caption:

ANOTHER GRUESOME ATTACK ON POLICE

BY A BLM MOVEMENT ACTIVIST

OUR HEARTS ARE WITH THOSE 11 HEROES

Another ad from “LGBT United” showed a cartoon of Bernie Sanders all buffed out on a beach in rainbow colors.

Another from “Defend the 2nd” showed a pile of bullets with the caption, “The community of 2nd amendment supporters, gun lovers & patriots.”

Do you see the purpose here?  To stir up unrest and to sow discord among the American people!  The Russians did a pretty good job of that, didn’t they?  Or if the polarization was here already and the Russians were just trying to exacerbate it, notice how well we are playing into the hands of our global adversary?

Mental experiment:  What if it turned out that both the Alt.right and the Antifa are Russian fronts?
