DISCUSS: Trump or DeSantis? Biden or who?

If you are sick of politics right now, I fully understand and share your pain. But, as National Review has proclaimed “The 2024 Presidential Contest Has Begun.”

Yes, it’s early. But Republicans now face a monumental decision that arguably should be made early: Should they stick with Donald Trump? Or move on to Ron DeSantis? Or someone else?

For Democrats, should they stick with Joe Biden? Or move on to someone else, and, if so, who?

Call this a straw poll of the all-important Cranach bloc. As of this early date, who do you think should be your party’s nominee for president?

I’ll tally the opinions and post them here on Monday.

RESULTS: We had, as of my last count, 95 comments, with lots of interesting analysis but hardly any straight answers to the question that was posed. So this is another inconclusive election.
