Uncertainty is one thing we can certainly count on in life.

I’m certainly going through a period of uncertainty. As I reflect on these Passages from the last week, the theme becomes clearer.

My future is in Your hands

This reminder is difficult to take when I want to control all the outcomes. However, ultimately my life and times are in His hands.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

There are times and seasons when I literally try to live 1 day at a time. I don’t know what tomorrow holds. I’m not there yet. I’m here today.

I like this Scripture but I was delighted to stumble upon the unique translation which follows.

This is taken from the Septuagint (LXX) the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible in the days of Christ. Uncertainty abounds when there is no clear flow of truth.
